Hello, we're considering purchasing Amelia for our company. We have over 200 employees. The front-end employee panel is great! However, my main concern is whether customers' uploaded documents show up in the employee panel. In other words, would it be possible for employees to download uploaded documents by accessing their panel?

Sorry to disappoint you but unfortunately downloading attachments are only possible via back-end, not with front end panels at the moment.
