We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Hi there.
Just evaluating Amelia for an upcoming project, it looks great.
I think it can do everything we need, just want to confirm.
The site will be for event booking: so calendar/select event/register & pay. All good so far?
The only other piece is that they would like registrants to fill out a waiver.
How easily editable are the signup forms? Could we work a waiver into them somehow?

Thank you for your interest in our plugin.
For event booking we don't have calendar as a booking form at the moment, we have option to show events on the list like it is shown here. We plan to work on the calendar event booking form in the future but it will take at least couple of months to implement it. As for the form, we have option to add various custom fields to the form so the customers can answer the questions, and each field can be set to optional or mandatory. We also have attachment custom field, if you send that form to the customers so they can upload it back during the booking.
