You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Hi, none of my events are syncing in Google Calendar but Serivces are - why is this?

Amelia Events can't be synced with Google, the Google synchronization works with Services in Amelia only at the moment.

I will need to request a refund or understand how to solve the following problem!
1. Events are set at a particular time of day. Is it possible to create a service that is only bookable at a particular time of day?
My situation is that I run weekly 'events' for up to 5 people. I work for someone else who also takes bookings for me using a different system (I can't change that system) so I need to ensure that they can't book an appointment for me when I have an event running. I would really appreciate talking to someone at Amelia support about making a workaround using Services and working times during the day to see if this was possible.

The availability for booking Services is set by configuring the Employees' work hours. So, the work hours that you set for the employees assigned to a service will be the available time slots for booking that service. The Work hours are set on a weekly basis, and you can have only one day with work hours if you want that.
