In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

I just met Amelia today, seems really great. My problem is that I just bought a monthly subscription with calendly, and I have my first client but she can't complete the payment process because a currency issue (price is in USD and my clients card on MXN mexican pesos) . I don´t want to spend more on calendly if this persists. Does Amelia work easily with stripe and complete this operation? Does Amelia have a trial period so I can test this?

Yes, as a payment option your can use Stripe.
We are not abele to provide free trail, but we have free version of Amelia that you can try, it has a limited features, but you can check out here. On our sandbox website: https://sports.wpamelia.com/ you can try both front-end and back-end.
Additionally, we have 15 days refund period. Within 15 days you can request full refund straight from the TMS Store by clicking on red refund button.
