Hi there. About 6 months ago we bought the Amelia plugin from you and it was working very good even though we haven't launch our cleaning website yet. However, now that we are in the last stage of finishing building our website, we are testing everything in the site, some of the Amelia's features are not working. For instance, when trying to book a cleaning appointment in the front end of the website, the system does not book anything and stays thinking without achieving what we try to do. Also, when we go to the back end in the Amelia plugin, and we try to add an employee, in the employee tab of the plugin it stays thinking and does not allow is to add the employee manually. Another issue we have, is that when we go to the setting tab, we cannot access the View General settings or View payment settings for example.
Please update Amelia to the newest version by following the instructions bellow and if the issues are still there please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look . We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
You can update the plugin manually by following these steps:
2) Delete Amelia plugin from WordPress Plugins page
3) Click on Add new on Plugins page
4) Click on Upload plugin on Plugins page
5) Choose previously downloaded ameliabooking zip file
6) When uploading is done, please Activate Amelia plugin
7) Clear server and browser cache.
Please note that if you delete plugin from Plugins page you WILL NOT lose your data, because it is already saved in your database.
Please note that our plugin have a size of around 8 MB so if yo are not able to upload the plugin through WordPress plugins page, then you need to increase following:
upload_max_file size,
post_max_size ,
max_execution_time
You should be able to find these values in your php.ini file or on your hosting panel. If you can't find it yourself please ask your hosting provider to provide it.

You need to download the plugin from our store and upload it to your WordPress (make sure that you deactivated and deleted old Amelia before)
If you encounter issues while uploading the zip to your WP, it can because Amelia has a size of around 8 MB, so you need to increase following:
upload_max_file size,
post_max_size ,
max_execution_time
You should be able to find these values in your php.ini file or on your hosting panel. If you can't find it yourself please ask your hosting provider to provide it.

3) Delete existing ameliabooking folder
4) Upload previously downloaded ameliabooking folder through FTP to plugins folder (unzip it)
5) Go to WP-admin panel, open Plugins section
6) Deactivate Amelia Plugin, and then activate it again
7) Clear server and browser cache
