As we are in Corona times our client has switched from appointments on site to video conference (whereby.com).
Now that the lockdown has been lifted, the customer would like to have both options available for the appointment booking. Meaning:
The prospective client should be able to choose whether to make the appointment on site or by video conference. This would mean, however, that an appointment would have to be assigned to two locations so that the e-mail to the prospective customer also contains the respective information for the appointment organization (If video conference, then location=link to video conference - If appointment on site, then location=address). Would be great to find a way how to proceed with this. Any idea? Thanks a lot in advance
You wouldn't need a separate location, because your existing employees can't work on two separate locations at the same time. They can work on two different services, though.
So, you need to create a new service for "On site" appointments, and not enable Zoom in that service's settings.
The email notifications don't have any conditional formatting, so you could modify the template like this:
"If you booked an on-site session, we're waiting for you at %location_address%. If you booked a Zoom session, please join us: %zoom_join_url%"
Dear all,
is there an option to setup the following idea:
