    Hi,

    I am planning on running a portal of online educational activities for kids and adults using Amelia and Zoom.   I haven't gone through all the documentation but love what I see so far.  I have a few questions:

    1.  Can I add fields such as "Activity age range"

    2.  Is there a way to confirm that the meeting took place?  I know it is booked and integrated with Zoom.  Is there proof it happens?

    3.  I would like to somehow automatically pay my employee a share of the cost of total revenue generated from the event once the event has completed.  Is this possible?

    Hello Peter Chan,

    Thank you for your purchase. 

    1. You can add Custom fields to the booking form, so customer provide additional information for the appointments, there aare several types and they can be mandatory or not. You can read more about them here.

    2. I am not sure what exactly do you mean as proof. There is a Zoom meeting created in your Zoom account for Amelia appointments, if Zoom is set in your Amelia, and there are Zoom meeting links created in the Amelia appointments (for Services) and in Events as well. You can see them when you expand the appointment on the Appointments page or edit the Event on the Events page. 

    3. There isn't a possibility of automatically paying to employees in Amelia. There are online payment methods, like PayPal and Stripe in Amelia, but they are connected to only one account so the money for the appointments can be transferred to only one account.
