We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
hi
so, we use a recurring event for a swimming pool. People can book up to closing time.. but that is currently not an option, only close at starting time. But it this (and more) case they can still book whilest the event is already ongoing.
So, you would probarbly say > well, use closing time then.
Sure, but i have to edit it for like 20 events... so i then would use the option 'save for all events' but that will use the exact closing date i put in... and not the actual event date.... so i have to go through allll the events manually...
2 possible improvements would be:
1. make setting 'close on event end time'
2. improve the 'save for all events' option so it will use the correct date. For example add > close on 'today' time X
Then for all the other events it will be saved similarly =)
kind regards, Dennis
Hello Dennis
We will be working on those improvements in the future, but unfortunately at the moment, you need to edit every event so the closing time is the time each event ends.
Thank you for the suggestions, though, and it would really benefit us both if you could leave this as a feature request on this page.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

It has been forwarded to our development team. I hope they'll be able to implement these features soon.
