Two questions for you tonight!
1) We currently have Google integration enabled but would love to switch to Outlook, as our entire email and calendars system is run through office365. Is it possible to enable both simultaneously, or is this an either/or situation?
2) Ont he Customers and Employee panels -- is there a way to set the default here to something other than the upcoming week? As hard as it is for me to believe, we've had several customers get confused by what they see as an "incomplete list" of "all my appointments." They're assuming it will show everything, rather than just one week's worth of things, and rather than fiddle with the settings, are coming straight to support. Which...heh...I'm certain you often have to deal with....but hopefully not here?!?
Thanks as always!
Hello Alex
1. I haven't personally tested Outlook yet, but from the info I got from our Q/As (it's rather late here, 11PM, so no details were exchanged between us) you should be able to use both, it's not either/or.
2. I completely understand what you mean, but unfortunately at the moment there's no way to change that. Our developers will be working on adding that feature in the future, and please do leave that as a feature suggestion on this page.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
