We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi,
I would like to be able to offer two booking pages for events.
The first one would be for all Zoom Classes. (The Zoom Classes I have already set up).
The second one would be for inhouse Classes. I would like to offer Inhouse Classes under a separate heading and page to avoid confusion. Is this possible?
Thank you, Sharon
Hello Sharon
If you're talking about Amelia's Events, you could add tags to those events, and then display different events using those tags on different pages.
For example, page 1:
[ameliaevents tag=’name1’]
Page 2:
[ameliaevents tag=’name2’]
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Hi Aleksandar,
Thank you for your suggestion. I am having trouble creating the Tag. When I go into the event settings I can see the option to select or create a new tag. It won't let me create a new tag.
Should I be creating the tag from this section?
Thank you, Sharon
Hi again Sharon
Yeah, you just type the tag name there, hit enter and it will be saved and added to the event.
Kind Regards,

Hi Aleksander.
Sorry to jump in, but I share the same problem as Sharon. Trying to write a tag during creation or updating an event doesn't seems to save it. All other fields are saved properly.
Checking database in hosts cPanel phpMyAdmin shows an empty db with 0 lines after numerous attempts.
Thanks for your help!
Hi Håvard Spaniland,
Aleksandar is out of the office, so I will try to help out.
Could you please confirm that you have the newest version of Amelia - 2.9.2 ? If you don't have it, please update it to the newest version and check if the issue is still there. If it is, please open a new Private ticket where you could share credentials with us so we could check this out, as we can't reproduce this on our side.
