You cannot add a new customer from the Employee's panel, as Amelia Employee role doesn't have that capability.
You could create a new appointment as a customer from an Incognito (private) session, so the data is not saved into any WordPress accounts you may be logged into.
I am sorry to disappoint you, but we cannot enable this capability for a user role based on one customer's request.
If you want, you can download a plugin like User Role Editor, and change capabilities of the Amelia Employee user role yourself. However, please note that this will not allow your employee to add a new customer from the Employee Panel - only from WP dashboard, when they log into their WordPress account.
Hi,
Thank you for the beautiful updates in Amelia 2.9.
can you please guide me how to add a new customer while making a new appointment with a new customer.
Thank you
Roshan

Dear Aleksandar
Thank you for your reply.
Can you please enable this capability for the Amelia Employee role?
Our employee is working in a healing clinic in different location. She has to manage her own appointments.
Grateful if you could look into the possibility of enabling this capability for the Amelia Employee role.
Thank you & kind regards
Roshan
