I was bought wp data table since 2 weeks and extensions wordpress propose an update of your product. I was activate my product but i can't update my extension. Can you explain me the process ?

Thank you for your purchase.
If you activated the license in wpDataTables settings/Activation, you should be able to activate it to 3.0.2 from your Plugins section.
If you're not able to do that, please go to Dashboard/Updates, and try from there.
However, if that doesn't work either, I'll ask you to please provide me a temporary wp-admin account, and FTP login credentials, so we can debug our plugin, and see why it doesn't work.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.
You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
