Using Amelia for gym and class booking at a gym / fitness centre
[1] When logged in as Amelia Admin or manager sometimes a random service will not show available days appointment slots (greyed out on calendar) , the same appointment day will show available the following week and not another week. Use the front end a booking form ant all appointment days and slots appear. Log out and back in to backend and they may become available again. Employee is available and there are available spaces. as they are there in the front end, and seem to reappear at a later login to the back end I don think my setting are correct.
for development [2] when viewing the appointment list, each appointment slot header really could do with, the numbers for booked spaces and remaining spaces.
for development [3] on the appointment status (approved, pending etc) , it would be fantastic for an additional option, either in that list, or another check box so we can acknowledge who has attended. The status would be great as the receptionist can check people in as they arrive. (Covid19 has made this essential).
for development [4] the front end customer form, it would be great if the customer could book an appointment from there. Once logged in their name, phone, email and phone etc are already available, so they would only need to select the service time slot and any custom fields (we use these for membership number and membership type) from the booking form. this would help if booking more than one appointment.
[5] alternative to [4] might be to give an option at the end of the booking form to book another appointment which populates name - email - custom fields (we use these for membership number and membership type) etc.
thanks in advance for any consideration you can give this.
1. This should not be possible. If the time slots are unavailable, they are unavailable.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.
Please mention which time slots, on which days are we talking about here, and make sure to provide me admin user role that has experienced this behavior.
You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
2. Sorry, but I don't understand this. Can you please explain?
3. 4. and 5 Thanks for the recommendations, I will forward them to our development team.
