Your support have been great especially Aleksandar Vukovic & Marija Ristanovic have been serving great
I would be glad if you can help in two Quick Questions below
1. Forget Password Option triggers mail successfully but mail body doesn't contain link that required to reset password ( image attached ) How to fix this ?
2. When a new customer or someone registers for an appointment, service etc. What about the password for customer login panel ? Is there any default password or like how one should login to customer area. Please guide me on this.
1. The "Customer Panel Access" notification should contain the link behind the word "link". If you don't see it, you may need to highlight the word, and click on the chain icon to add the %customer_panel_url% placeholder, like this:
2. You should include the %customer_panel_url% placeholder in your "Appointment Approved" and/or "Appointment Pending" notifications. The first time your customers create an appointment, they will receive an email with that link, so the first time they visit it they'll create their password, and every other time they visit the page, they will be able to log in with that password.

Thanks for quick reply,
1. I tried the same for the link (check image attached) but problem is still same, I triggered the test email twice.
Also after choosing the link %customer_panel_url% it shows the error (check image attached)
I guess may be customer panel url link is not defined, may you help me out in figuring out how to update the URL for the same if in case.
Hi again Madhav
Sorry I forgot to ask this before, but did you create a page, where you added [ameliacustomerpanel] shortcode?
When you do that, you need to copy the URL of that page, and add it in Amelia Settings/User Roles/Customer.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
