We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Can you help with the following questions.

    • Average time no WP (Word Press) experience to up and running
    • Do you offer full WP suite or do we need to install that first on our own.
    • Support options
      • Does it include user, integration support
      • Does it include branding support
    • Are we free to modify or is it closed source
    • Does it use LDAP/CAS/... or is that on us through WP
    • Can I talk to a live person to discuss options?
    • API
      • Ability to add remove locations/rental objects
      • Ability to manage users
      • Ability to query usage
      • ...

    Hi Mark,

    Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

    • That depends how many services, employees and locations you have and how long it will take you to create all of them but couple of hours or days should be enough. It also depends wether you are using some other plugins and if in the worst case scenario some conflict would happen. 
    • We don't offer full WP suite, Amelia is a booking plugin and it is added on the page via a shortcode, you will need to setup WordPress before you can use it and also to purchase some theme to set it up together with Amelia.
    • Our support includes questions about our plugin, how to set it for your usage and help if you experience some issue. We don't offer branding and we have detailed documentation about each integration that is implemented by now so you would need to follow the steps explained there.
    • Some small modification can be made but our code is closed for larger customizations.
    • We don't offer live support, only through this ticketing system so you can write all questions here and some of the support will answer.
    • We have option to create locations, but you should know that our plugin isn't made for room/rental booking since at the moment we don't have option for booking multiple days, only time slots in one day. Our plugin is currently made for booking appointments and events (can be used for conference room bookings but the maximum booked time can be less than a day).
    • We have users and roles included, more about this you can read here.
    • "Ability to query usage" - sorry I didn't understand this one, please provide me more details.
