But, there are some bugs and issues in it that makes me look for a replacement.
Here are several:
1) If i am booking someone and the manually change the service he wants - it doe not let change the category. I have to delete the full appointment and rebook a new one for that.
2)when i simply delete an Appointment, it sends the cancellation message to the client.
i have tried to uncheck that in the settings. But, the checkmark comes back. Locally, sometimes i can forget to uncheck, sometimes i have to delete in a bundle. So local checkmark is not always convenient.
ps. Ex.:
I have to change the service. For the reason of the 1st point - i delete it and make an other one... meanwhile the client is calling me and freaking out about the cancellation...
3)Once i delete a service out of my service list, all previous and future appointments with that are also deleted. I have to keep ALL my specials and services that wont ever be relevant for ever, if i dont want to loose the appointements archive... which adds up!!
4)If someone has a promocode and is calling me to book him in, i cant insert the promocode from my admin back-end. It is VERY VERY VERY annoying.
As i have many clients with bundles.
The client buys 10 visits, for example...
Instead of using a promotion code valid for 10 visits, i have to manually write a follow up in the "Notes" field.
5)Sometimes I want to give a special price to someone or bypass the schedule ... but i cant change the price manually and i cant bypass the schedule...
I have to go in "Employees" menu, change there stuff,... adjust the schedule, then reopen the appointments menue,... and hope that i did not make any mistake,... wile the client is on the line!
It is VERY VERY VERY annoying.
6)My google calendar wont sync to my Amelia calendar...
by the way: is it possible to synchronise it with the FB calendar as well? at least in one-way?
7)ALL my client prefer, and often insist on WhatsApp notifications and do not like e-mails and sms. Is there a way to connect Amelia to WhatsApp.
8)Is it possible to change the "Extra Services" to "Add-ons"? As i have a Massage office. the "Extra" sounds misleading... if you know what i mean...

MOST important thing for me is to be able to use promo codes from the back end!

1. You can cancel the appointment first, and save it. Then, when you open it again, you will be able to first delete the service (there's an X instead of a down-arrow in the name of the service in back-end) and then change the category and select a new service.
2. If you want to delete the appointment, you need to un-check the "Notify participant(s)" if you don't want them to receive the cancellation email. However, that check-box cannot re-check itself, that's not something that should be happening with Amelia.
3. If you do delete a service, everything related to it will be deleted, that's true. I will forward your suggestion to our development team, and hopefully they'll be able to change that behavior.
4. It's not meant for coupons to be used from back-end, but I'll add that as a feature suggestion also. You can always use incognito mode to book an appointment in your customers' stead.
5. Why not just provide a discount coupon to the customer, so the price is altered for them?
6. Have you connected your employees to their Google Calendars? What's going on? Unfortunately, Facebook is not included in the plugin, nor do we have any plans for the recent future.
7. Unfortunately, WhatsApp is not included in the plugin, nor do we have any plans for the recent future.
8. I know what you mean
The plugin can be translated using POEDIT or Loco Translate easily. I suggest installing Loco Translate, since it's within WordPress and it has a simple UI.
Unfortunately, I can't provide any solution for the most important issue (coupons), but I will forward the suggestion to our development. Please do the same on this page, so the features receive more votes (more votes a feature has, sooner will it be developed).
