You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Hello! I'm going to build an doctor's booking website. And I like amelia. But I want to know some pre-sales questions before buying it. I want to setup sms or whats app notification for new booking. setup 1 day before and 5 minutes before and after meeting 2 sms and email to customer. Please let me know it's possible or not.

We do not have WhatsApp notifications, but we have SMS and email notifications. Different notifications that are available in Amelia are listed and explained in detail here: https://wpamelia.com/notifications/
