I am trying to integrate my calendar but I have having absolutely no luck. I have been following your guide step by step and complete it. Then we I go to connect the calendar to me as an employee it doesn't connect. I even get the security warning and click allow but it doesn't connect.
Any ideas what could be wrong? I have am trying to connect it to my G Suite account, would that make any difference?
Thanks, Scott
P.S. Having to put a purchase code in for each ticket is highly annoying. I'm going between your two website to fill out this one form. Completely inefficient.
If you can't connect your employee to his Google Calendar, the plugin may have added too many connection tokens in the database.
To verify this, please go into wp_amelia_providers_to_google_calendar database table, and check if the same User Id is associated to multiple tokens. If it is, please delete them all and try again.
If that doesn't resolve the issue, please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.
You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
No worries, I didn't even look at it, I just copied and pasted them.
Anyway, when I try to connect the employee to a Google Calendar, I see Total Upkeep returns this message:
Unable to authorize Google Drive: unauthorized_client - Unauthorized
I tried deactivating Total Upkeep and Total Upkeep Pro, but that didn't resolve the issue.
Also, I cleared all cache from your plugin, but that did not help either. I see you have WP File Manager and Database plugins installed. Do I have your permission to modify some stuff in Amelia's code temporarily to see where the issue lies?
I have forwarded the ticket to one of our developers, since I can't see any faulty network responses, errors, warnings, nothing except Unable to authorize Google Drive: unauthorized_client - Unauthorized in Total Upkeep window.
I'll get back to you as soon as I hear back from him.
Hi Kase, that sounds like Amelia has a conflict with that plugin, but what puzzles me is that with the plugin deactivated, it still fails to connect to the Google Calendar.
Scott, can you clone your website?
If yes - I'll ask you to install the Duplicator plugin. It will generate a couple of files which you can send me (along with the log-in credentials), and then I can create an exact copy of your website, see what the issue is and try to resolve it.
Please note that the files will be too large to attach to the ticket, so you can upload them via wetransfer.com and just send me the link.
This is a public ticket, so please make sure to enable the PRIVATE response.
After you deleted Total Upkeep, I was able to connect to my google account, using credentials from my Google Developer Console:
So, I suppose after removing Total Upkeep, the issue lies with your Google Developer App.
Can you go through our tutorial again, and make sure everything is configured properly?
Side note, you really should look for a better hosting plan since your website is running really slow, and the fact that you cannot generate the duplicator files also tells me the timeout is low, and probably even the upload limit. This should be increased in your php.ini file or by your hosting provider.
Great I got it to work now! Finally, thanks for all your help. Question - will all the already booked appointment automatically get built into my Google calendar now or just the new ones from here out? Yes I'm tracking the issue with my site, I have my dev on it already, thanks though.
So what is the recommended solution? Delete Total UpKeep and then? Do I need to do something with my credentials? Or will it just work if I setup my credential correctly the first time.
Deleting Total UpKeep is a prerequisite as it seems (while on the subject, can either one of you guys send me the Total UpKeep plugins (zipped installation files), so I can forward it to our development team for testing?), but I'm not sure if after you connect your employee and install Total UpKeep again - will the issue return?

Hey Aleksandar,
Thanks for the reply. Where would that database table be located?
I'm having the same issue.
I was able to connect and authenticate through Google.
I checked the `amelia_providers_to_google_calendar` table and there is only one row for the one employee that has connected.
Is there any other troubleshooting we can do to get the appointments to start posting to google calendar when they are approved?

Nevermind. We figured it out. She had her iCloud calendar toggled on in her phone instead of her google calendar.
I am able to see that there are 0 rows in the "amelia_providers_to_google_calendar" table for me. So I am assuming it didn't work period.
Hello again Scott
Sorry, but I can't log in with the credentials you provided:
There must be something you missed when configuring the Google Calendar. Please review the login credentials, and let me know.

I get the same error message. I need this resolved as well. I have Total Upkeep as a plugin. Not sure if that is causing the confilct.

I was not able to find a way to post private. Doesn't matter, I couldn't build a duplicate.
Host Build Interrupt
This server cannot complete the build due to host setup constraints.
I got the same problem as Kase... 59.9% and crash every time.
So I even deleted Total Upkeep vice just having it deactivated and still no luck.

Hi again Scott
I'm glad to hear that! Great news.
Only the appointments made from the moment you established the connection will be added to Google Calendar.
