i need to know why i found two emails and appointment inside one appointment, something about configuration, please explain me if is possible
Hello Wolfgang Medina,
When two or more customers book the same time slot with the same employee, this is considered as a group appointment in Amelia, and all of these customers are added to the same appointment in the back-end. You can read more about group appointments here.
If you don't have group appointments (Maximum capacity for all services is set to 1) this can happen if one customer cancels this time slot/employee and another one books the same later. In this case if you Edit the appointment you will see one customer cancelled (red circle) and one approved (green circle).
