I did not see any Amelia forms there, only a form which I thought when filled will take me to the Amelia booking form, but I got this:

So, please look for AMELIA TEST and delete that reservation.

You can place on a page that's not accessible from anywhere on your website, so just provide me a URL to that page.

The issue here is coming from your theme. This file:

This slick.css is using "overflow: hidden", and the form is cut off, but still present in its entirety on the page:

When I un-check the "hidden" property, I can see the form:

The issue is also associated to this media query:

Since it has !important in it, I'm not sure you'll be able to change it, but you can try with this:

height: auto !important;
}

If by "user" you mean a customer, every new customer will be created in Amelia, and if you add %customer_panel_url% (of course you previously need to set up the Customer Panel), the first time they visit the link in the email, they will create the password which they will later use to log into the panel.

1. It seems there's something interfering with your setup, and that the popup modal is being pushed away from the screen.

Please provide me log-in credentials for the panel, so I can take a look. Make sure there's an appointment there that I can try rescheduling to replicate the issue.

2. I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.

Please feel free to add it as a feature suggestion on this page.
