If by "user" you mean a customer, every new customer will be created in Amelia, and if you add %customer_panel_url% (of course you previously need to set up the Customer Panel), the first time they visit the link in the email, they will create the password which they will later use to log into the panel.

We have 2 services (Kayak Rental & Paddle Board Rental) but we only have option to use one email confirmation form. We need to display a different image depending on which service is selected. Am I able to use different image? Is there a shortcode option? Or placeholder? %Image% (Screenshot Attached)
1. It seems there's something interfering with your setup, and that the popup modal is being pushed away from the screen.
Please provide me log-in credentials for the panel, so I can take a look. Make sure there's an appointment there that I can try rescheduling to replicate the issue.
2. I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.

There are some mobile issues that I need help with.
The form was cutting off from the bottom for desktop so I added some css to fix it but now mobile is causing some issues and creating a lot of space.

So, please look for AMELIA TEST and delete that reservation.

When I un-check the "hidden" property, I can see the form:
The issue is also associated to this media query:
Since it has !important in it, I'm not sure you'll be able to change it, but you can try with this:
