Is it possible to set a max of 50 people per time slot? And then have the time slot disable after it reaches the threshold?

    Thanks.

    Hello Ben,

Thank you for your purchase and apologies for replying late, we don't work on weekends.

Yes, the capacity of the appointment (one time slot/one employee) is set with configuring the Service Minimum and Maximum capacity. So, you need to create a service with Max capacity 50 and then enable the option Allow booking below minimum capacity: in Amelia -> Settings -> Appointments. If this option is disabled when the min is set that time slot will be closed for booking for other customers. You can read more about the appointments settings here and more about group appointments here

If you have any further questions feel free to ask.
