I do not get any notifications on bookings on the website, I have no way of telling/viewing/knowing of any appointments without accessing Amelia from Wordpress backend. This is unacceptable, I believe there could be something wrong with my version/notification settings.

If you are using the paid version of the plugin may I kindly suggest opening ticket in the Amelia category and our agents will help you out. This category is for the pre-purchase questions.

I am using the free version, cant upgrade to paid if I cant even get the notifications to work.
Are notifications part of Amelia?? Is there a way of solving this issue?

If you mean Email or SMS notifications then this features are available in full version not Lite.
