Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Can you please go to your database and check in the wp users table if there are some leftovers with our user roles, try to delete them directly from database.

wp users table is now empty. Champ Camba recommend I install the User Role Editor plugin.

But i have still files left on my db, a huge amount.

I have deactivated and deleted it long time ago.
It is frustrating to see all these tables in phpmyadmin.
Can I safely delete them ?

If you deleted the plugin from the site you can delete the tables in phpmyadmin as well.
Tables that have Amelia prefixes.
