I have 2 employees and I need to know 3 questions:
1) Supposing both employees are available and the user chooses "Any Employee", how does Amelia choose the employee to asign to a booking? , Is it always the same one? is it alternating (one time asigns one employee first and the second time asigns the other one)?
2) Can I assign a specific employee, as a default employee?
3) In the list of employees that appear at the booking form, Can I change the order how the are shown/listed?
Thank you
Hello Alvaro
Thank you for your purchase.
1. It's always random. One employee could be chosen 3 times in a row, but also they could be alternating, one after the other. We haven't yet designed the round-robin fashion.
2. Unfortunately, no. You can only add a shortcode like [ameliabooking employee=3] so, employee #3 is always working on that service, but your customers wouldn't be able to change that.
3. Also, no. Employees are added in alphabetical order, and at the moment that cannot be changed.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Thank you Alexandar.
Are you considering to add any of these improvements?
Hello Alvaro
Of course, we are constantly working on improving the plugin, but development takes time. Also, we are working on features as requested by our customers - meaning more customers ask for a feature, more likely will that feature be developed.
So, please be sure to add these suggestions on this page.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
