I am not sure if I understood the issue quite well - could you please tell me have you recharged your SMS balance on the Amelia -> Notifications page? If yes, do you have appointments, if yes- what is the status of the SMS messages for these appointments when you go to Amelia -> SMS Notifications -> SMS History?
Yes, I have appointment and the status of the text messages has been delivered

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look, and let me know if we can book one test appointment.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
