I updated the general settings in wordpress, but the timezone change is not carrying over to the employees hours(setting their hours), or to the dashboard (a patient books at 1 PM and the time on the dashboard will say something like 6AM).
The available time slots for booking are set by configuring the employees' work hours, not the company work hours in Amelia -> Settings. So, please configure them in the way yo want to have availability for booking.
The timezone in Amelia is the one you choose in your WordPress General Settings, so please check if you have chosen your City timezone for your Timezone setting there, I can't see this part in your screenshot. If you enable the option Show booking slots in client time zone in Amelia -> Settings -> General, clients in other timezones will see the times transferred to their own timezone, not in the timezone that is set in your WordPress.
Thank you for getting back to me. I have included more screen shots to represent the issue. You will see that wordpress is set to PST (Los Angeles), you will also see the election of working hours not in PST or wordpress format. I have also included the appointment time from the dashboard for the patient and the same appointment showing up at 7 AM for the provider. The patient is able to pick the appropriate PST appointments, but it is not translating correctly to the provider and I am assuming it is because the working hours are not in PST. I really appreciate your time and help.
Apologies for replying late, we don't work on weekends.
Thank you for the clarification. I haven't realized you were talking about the appointments times in the front-end Employee panel. There is an issue with the times on the Appointments page in the panel, unfortunately, if the option Show booking slots in client time zone in Amelia -> Settings -> General is enabled. This will be fixed in the following update of Amelia, that will be released soon. Sorry for any inconveniences this have caused.
If you have any further questions feel free to ask.
