    Hi,

I am currently on a client's website with the Amelia booking plugin.

This week my client came across an issue regarding the people not receiving information to change their appointment. Its says an e-mail link was supposed to be sent to them to change their appointment but no one is receiving any such email.

    Can you help please?

I have attached the email that was sent from my client.

    Hello Sean McPheeters,

    Thank you for your purchase.

Email notifications that are sent from Amelia are the ones that you can see on the Amelia -> Notifications page. There isn't an email for rescheduling, but there is a possibility for sending links for thr Customer panel where customers can reschedule their appointments. If you are referring to this, you need to first create a Customer panel on one of your pages on the website by following the instructions here and then add the placeholder for the customer panel link (you will find it in the Placeholders list on the Amelia -> Notifications page) to the confirmation email notifications. So, when customers book an appointment in Amelia they will receive a confirmation email notification with a link to the Customer panel where they can manage their appointments.

If you have any further questions feel free to ask.
