I have followed your guidance on connecting Amelia plugin with my Paypal ac but when I go to try it out it comes back with "Sorry there was an error processing your payment. Please try again later" hoping you can help
The PayPal error says that the client is invalid. Please look at the attachments. So there is something wrong with the credentials, you need to check them out.
With PayPal and Amelia there are only two possible mistakes that customers can make. First one is to use Live credentials when Sandbox mode is enabled, and the second one is to copy the wrong PayPal credentials (“Client ID” and “Secret”) to Amelia.
Could you please check if you turned off Sandbox mode in Amelia Settings?
Can you please check again your Live Client ID and Live Secret on your PayPal account? You have there Sandbox and Live credentials.
Thank you very much for you reply. You are correct I had created the credentials in the Sandbox tab and not the Live tab. All appears to be working now. Thank you very much.
Can I ask another question please?
Is it possible to link Amelia to Mailerlite so that when someone books an appt their details get added to the email list
Apologies for replying late, we don't work on weekends.
You are welcome. Glad to see the issue is gone.
There isn't an integration fro MailerLite in Amelia, unfortunately, but you can check out the Webhooks feature in Amelia. It can be used for sending data via hooks to another automation tool after several actions in Amelia, so you can use it maybe to send data to MailerLite. You can read more about this feature here.
If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help.
