I have a question about using WooCommerce as a payment gateway:
If someone makes a booking in Amelia and lands on the checkout page of WooCommerce, they will get an option from us to pay at the location after the appointment. A booking is made in Amelia and an order is made in WooCommerce.
Now the payment in Amelia of this booking is 'Pending' and the order in WooCommerce is 'Pending' as well.
After payment at the location, I want to send an invoice, so I complete the order in WooCommerce and the invoice is sent.
My question is:
If I change the status of the WooCommerce Order to 'Paid/Finished' nothing happens in Amelia. I want the payment status to change in Amelia automatically to 'paid' if I change the status in WooCommerce. Is that possible?
If not, can you maybe put this on your feature request list?
Unfortunately, the status of the appointment in Amelia needs to be changed manually. This is something our developers will be working on in the future, but it's always good to receive another vote for a feature.
So, please feel free to add it as a feature suggestion on this page.
