Thank you for your understanding, and we wish you a wonderful holiday weekend!
A problem that I have with many booking plugins out there is that the time does not include a time zone.
On our website, we have coaches from different parts of the world that offer virutal consulting, so if they have a schedule with an opening at 7. Will the customer see 7 or will they see whatever time it is for them? Does Amelia tell the consumer prior to purchase what time zone it is in?
Hi Samuel,
Thank you for your interest in our plugin.
We have a time zone option that allows admin to set one time zone on the back-end and set working hours in that time zone and then customer to automatically see the time slots in his time zone by automatically recognizing the customer's time zone from the time on his local machine. However, at the moment we don't have option for each employee to set his own time zone so the time zone is set in front of the whole company. We have this feature on our To Do list and we plan to implement it in the future updates and it will probably work automatically as this one for the customers.
If you are interested I can contact you once we implement this option?
Best regards.
