I am interested in buying this pluing for 5 sites, but before i do my question is, i went through your demo, but i noticed that all employees can see all orders, is there some sort of way to hide other employees order. e.g. if employee xy is logged in then he/ she can only see orders of employee xy?

For this case you can use Front end panel for Employees, more info on this link.
In this case your employees need to login to this panel, and then they can only see their appointments and working time.
