    Hello

    I have staff all over the world and customers all over the world. My staff are getting very confused by having to convert their timezone to the clients timezone and back to the Wordpress timezone. It's causing many issues. Can we  add the capability of setting staff timezones in Amelia, so that when they book an appointment they are seeing it in their own timezones?

    Hello Georgia, 

    This isn't possible with Amelia's current built-in features, unfortunately. We have this feature in our to-do list and it will be implemented in one of the future releases of the plugin, but that won't be any time soon I'm afraid, it isn't planned for the next couple of updates.

    Is this a customization we can pay for? In addition to syncing with staff gmail calendars that are in different timezones?

    Hello Georgia, 

    Our developers are quite busy so they don't have time for any customizations, unfortunately. We do have employees' timezones in our to-do list for future implementations but for now we can't say for sure when it could be implemented. Employees can connect to their Google calendars in Amelia - if their Google calendars are in another timezone than your WP (Amelia back-end) they will have the appointments' times  in their own timezone in their calendars (so the times would be different from Amelia's times).

    Hi Marija,

    Are the employee's time zones working now? 

    If so, then how does it work? I am in the same boat and just started and loved the client timezone, but the employee timezone is crucial.

    I really appreciate any help you can provide.

    This feature isn't available in the plugin yet, unfortunately, and we can't say for sure when it could be implemented in the future. You can vote or suggest this feature request here
