We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

I currently have three licences for Amelia - my limit - and wish to move a licence from one website to another. (If it has any significance, I bought Amelia through AppSumo.) In a previous email from one of your tech support people, I was told:
"Yes, you can move your license from one website to another. When you login to the store you will find the Manage domains button for your purchase code and there you can delete the old domain where you have Amelia activated on, and then activate it on a new one in Amelia -> Settings -> Activation."
Please tell me how I "login to the store." I can definitely log into Support, where I can create tickets (like this one) and I can go to your main website and purchase more licences, but nowhere can I find out how to get to the place where I can kill off one licence and activate it on another website!

The store credentials were emailed to you along with the last purchase code you acquired. The link to the store is http://store.tms-plugins.com/, so even if you lost that email, or you can't find the credentials, you can ask for a password reset in the store. Then you will receive an email for resetting the password, and when you log into the store, under Purchases/Amelia, you'll see Manage Domains button.
