    Hello Team,

    URGENT - I have now added 3 new service categories and corresponding services but they do not show up in the front end.

    On loading my booking page on the front end (the booking page shows all other existing service categories and services) I cannot see these 3 new services.

    It started with one, then another. So I deleted the first 2 and added a third but I am still unable to see it.

    Is there a service issue with Amelia?

    Help!

    Hello Rory, 

    Could you please check if you assigned these services to any employees and if they are assigned to these employees to any work time period( under their Work hours tab)? Also, check if the duration of these services (+their buffer times) can fit in the work time periods of these employees.

    Thanks for the tip! I have now added one of these services to the employees Work Hours tab and it shows up on the front end.
