Dear Sirs, I am based in UK and currently looking to incorporate a calender / CRM system to my business.
A number of people have advised me to use a software called Calendly, however i have also been advised to consider Amelia software.
As a result, may i ask the following questions: - Is Amelia able to operate a calender functionality that will link to my android phone, web site and zoom?
- Why should I choose Amelia in place of Calendly?
- if I were to select Amelia how long in man hours will it take to add your software plugin to my web site?
- Can I customise Amelia?
- Do I need an auto-responder to work with Amelia?
- How much does Amelia cost?
I am keen to place an order with a software company this week, I look forward to receiving your response in due course.
1. We have option to connect our plugin with Zoom for automatic creation of Zoom links and sending them to customers and employees via our notifications. Also, our plugin is responsive and can be used via a mobile but at the moment we don't have a mobile application. In our plugin you can also connect your gmail with a calendar and use our Google sync for managing appointments. We are currently preparing a new update with the Outlook synchronisation so it will also be possible to connect employees with their Outlook accounts.
2. Well the main difference is that we don't have a limit for the number of users, just the limit for the number of domains. Our pricing is yearly or lifetime for as many users as you need and you can take a look at it here, Calendly has monthly and yearly pricing and is limited to the number of users. We don't have some integrations that Calendly has but all features are included in all licenses so if you don't plan on using our plugin on more than one domain you can purchase our $59 yearly subscription and have all options to customize email and SMS templates, connect through Web Hooks to Zapier, Mailchimp etc., connect to Zoom, PayPal and Stripe or use integration with WooCommerce for different payment gateways. All this is included in each license and only difference is that in the Basic one you can use plugin on one main domain and multiple sub-domains, in Pro you can use plugin on three domains and in Dev you can use our plugin in unlimited number of domains. If you purchase yearly subscription and you decide to cancel it you can continue with using our plugin completely just without our updates and our support that you will loose at the end of the first year if you canceled the subscription. You can take a look at our features list here to see more about our main features.
3. It depends on your setup and skills and in the number of options and setup that you will need but probably couple of hours. Also if you experience some issue with a theme or page builder it can take longer until our support provide help but once you purchase you will get access to our premium support so you can always contact our team for help.
4. You can customize Amelia but at the moment we only have options to change font and colors, we plan to work on detailed customize page in a couple of months. Also if you need some small CSS changes our support can help with it.
5. I am not sure that I understand a question but you don't need auto-responder.
6. You can take a look at our pricing page here, prices defer on the number of domains and on the yearly or lifetime license.
