I'm using a Google Sheets table as the source to a table on my website. When the Google Sheets table is edited, those edits show in the WordPress Dashboard, but don't update on the site when viewed "in cognito".
The updates to the Google Sheet doc ONLY appear once the WordPress cache is purged.
There is cache on Google's side, and it usually takes 10 - 15 minutes for changes to be seen in the wpDataTable, so this should happen regardless if you're viewing the page in regular or incognito mode.
Can you test this without purging the website's cache? Simply make an edit in the Google Spreadsheet, wait for about 15 - 20 minutes, and open the page in incognito.
