We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Dear Friend,
I have a multi site licence for Amelia. I already use it on one site. Here are by concerns:
1. How do I install it on the different site? Because I have just one purchase code I'm afraid the new installation will mirror my previous site
2. For my first site (on which I already use Ameila) I'm building a new site (fresh wordpress installation) and and want to transfer the old amelia database and all information into the new site. Can you guide me how I can go about this.
Thanks
Hello Sajan
1. You can simply install the plugin on another website, and use your Pro Lifetime license to activate it. It cannot mirror anything because it is a separate installation - different website, different database, everything.
2. To transfer everything you need to export all 40 Amelia's database tables (all wp_amelia tables) and also the contents of "amelia_settings" in wp_options table:
It is possible that your prefix is not "wp_", but something else, so if that is the case, please look for "your_prefix_options" table.
When you access it, you can search through the column "option_name". Search for the term "amelia_settings":
The search will return only one row, and you need to edit it:
Copy the entire "option_value" column.
Then, when you install Amelia on a fresh WordPress installation, simply go ahead and overwrite the 40 wp_amelia tables, and the contents of "amelia_settings" in wp_options.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
