I want to set up walking appointments.
People can choose a date, location and amount of participants. 2 to 6 participants.
If only 2 people assigned for a walk on a specific date, I want to give other people the option to join that walk on that date and location.
Is that possible?
The event option does not allow people to choose a date since this is set upfront in the event. And the service option does not allow others to join the appointment.
So basically it would be nice if an event date could be set by the first one to book and give others the opportunity to join.
It would also be good to be able to copy an event

This is possible with Services, but you need to enable the option Allow booking below minimum capacity: in Amelia -> Settings -> Appointments. If this option is disabled when the min is set that time slot will be closed for booking for other customers. You can read more about the appointments settings here.
