Hi, I am running a gym and fitness classes which I have set up.  I seem to be having the following problems.

[1] when viewing a appointment  (class) i have given 20 available spaces can the remaining spaces be shown in the calendar

[2]  is there any way to give my staff access to the calendar for everyone as Amelia managers without them having full admin rights to the whole wordpress site?

[3] I tried to use 2 off Amelia calendar plugins but neither would work, 'Calendar essential shortcodes'  wouldn't activate, and the other 'Amelia shortcode extended' activated but shortcode wouldn't work.  As these appear to bring the back-end calendar to the  front end, would they help me more easily manage the calendar.

[4] I could do with allowing staff to see and edit the Amelia booking system (like a front end Admin Panel) without giving full access as website admin (ie could there be an 'Amelia Administrator').

[5] is there a way to make the booking request form not be case sensitive to the registered name?

Thanks in advance - Neil Lyons

    Hello Neil Lyons,

    1) No, there isn't a possibility of showing remaining spaces in Amelia wiht its current built-in features.

    2) Amelia user roles give access and permissions in Amelia only, not the rest of your WordPress back-end. You can check out here what access and permisssions different Amelia roles have.

    3) Those are not our plugins, they don't have anything with us, Amelia plugin owners, so we can't help with that, unfortunately.

    4) There isn't a possibility for  a front-end admin panel with the plugin's current built-in features, only customer and employee panels are available.

    5) No, there isn't a possibility to make the booking form not case sensitive, unfortunately. You can disable the option Check customer's name for existing email when booking in Amelia -> Settings -> Roles settings -> Customer, and the form won't check if the name is the same as the one used before for that email address.

If you have any further questions feel free to ask.
