    Hi guys, first of all congratulate them on their plugin, it's incredible, I wanted to know if there is any way to send a payment request to the client.

    Our idea is that if a client calls us, we can make the reservation from the backend, the reservation is made in pending mode both in Amelia and WooCommerce, and then send a request for payment, when the client pays, the reservation automatically changes to approved mode

    This is possible?

    There isn't such possibility in Amelia with its current built-in features, unfortunately. Customers can use the online payment options , PayPal, Stripe or WooCommerce, only in the booking process. So they can pay online only while they book appointments, there isn't a possibility to send them link/request so they can pay for appointments that way.
