I am using the Amelia Pro plugin and am looking at improving the booking capabilities for group meetings. For example is this possible:
Client comes in and wants to book an onboarding meeting. This onboarding meeting requires all 3 team members to be present in order for it to be a valid time that the Client could choose. Once booked, Amelia invites all 3 team members to the calendar invite and blocks it off on all of their calendars.
On the frontend, it would be as simple as adding a "Require All Team Members to be Present" option, but I could not find such an option. Thoughts? Is this a feature I missed?
I'm sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately something like this is not included in Amelia's built-in features. If all your services are like this, you can connect all three employees to the same Google Calendar, so they are blocked during the same time.
If, however, you have services that each of your employees can host on their own, this won't work.
We are looking for a way to our PM to book an appointment between a customer, and two employees. Is there anyway to select multiple people? If not, is there a workaround?

Thanks for your reply. Is this possible?

Looking for a feature like this from Calendly. It would need to look at both people's calendar.
Hello again Dakotah
Unfortunately, we don't have a feature like that.
Two employees cannot be assigned to the same appointment, and multiple people are only available as customers if your service capacity is above 1.
