We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Hello, I am having a problem, I cannot change the service on a client. For example, I want to change the service, or the category, but this one is marked in gray. How to do ? I leave you pictures.

I also want to be able to set up a deposit system, how can I do this without going through woocommerce ? Is this planned in the next update? Otherwise, is it possible to buy the possibility?

    Thank you so much.

    Hello GHENAM

You need to check if your employee is assigned to the services that are grayed out. If the employee is assigned to those services, check Employee's working hours. You may have defined the services he's going to be working on in the working hours.

We don't have deposits included. What you can do here is change service's price so it's XX% of the full price. Then, in a "Text Content" custom field, you would inform your customers that they are only paying XX% right away, and the remaining amount should be paid on site. My advice would be to add a mandatory radio button, your customers need to click on in order to confirm they agree with this before they can continue.

    Kind Regards,
