When a user books an appointment for the first time, they get an email with two links, one to setup a password and the other to login into Wordpress and I find no option of changing this email.
Let's say someone clicked on the setting up a password, it shows this dialog box and when clicked on 'Login' redirects the user to login into Wordpress.
If clicked on the second link, it takes them to this page to login into Wordpress.
1. How do I remove the second link from the email?
2. How do I redirect the user to the login page of the website instead of Wordpress login?
They receive this email from WordPress, not from Amelia, and it is sent because they are created as WP Users with the Amelia Customer role in your WordPress. If you don't want this you need to disable the option Automatically create Amelia Customer user in Ameia -> Settings -> Roles settings -> Customer, and customers won't be created as WP users so they wont receive this email with login credentials from WordPress.
Regarding Customer panel link, you need to add the link to the Amelia email notifications, so when customers book appointments in Amelia and get the confirmation emails they will have a link for the panel in these emails as well. In order to add the link to the Amelia emails you need to copy the placeholder for the Customer panel link from the list of placeholders on Amelia -> NOtificaitons page and paste it to the Message field of the email confirmation notifications.
If you have any further questions feel free to ask.
