does this allow client to book multiple services and pick the staff for each service. Sometimes we have client pick 2-4 services with different staff.

We do not have an option for the customer to book multiple services at once, but it is possible to book recurring appointments with the same employee.
Yes, we have notifications via email and SMS and in Customer Panel client can manage his/her appointments and events.
