Like mentioned there, that should not be happening. If you cancelled the customer from an appointment, you should be able to edit that cancelled appointment, and simply add a new customer.
Can you show me an example on your website, and then please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.

Thank you ! indeed it worked. May be, because I changed some elements in the CSS file of Amelia ? But normally, it shouldn't.
I think, the typo is too thin and small. it's too hard to read. I don't know why it is displayed in grey also. May be it's because of one of my plugins...
In response to Aleksandar answer to a other ticket :
If I cancel a single customer appointment with the admin panel, I can't put another one behind.
Sometimes I can't put a new appointment even if the slots are opened for this customer...
Any clue ?
I have the latest version of Amelia Booking.

Hello robin
I don't know what caused the issue, but I've updated Amelia to the latest version (2.9 - released about an hour ago), and it works fine now.
Please check and let me know if you have any other issues.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

It's not because you did anything, Robin, it was something on our end.
