Is it possible to allow managers or employee's to delete an appointment assigned to them? I've tried adding the capability of amelia_delete_appointment to the employee role and still no luck.
I just enabled amelia_delete_appointment for both Amelia Manager and Amelia Employee user roles in User Role Editor:
And I was able to delete an appointment without any issues. This needs to be done from back-end, though, you cannot do it from the front-end employee panel.
I used the same plugin to give the delete capability to all Employee's and do not see the option to delete an appointment when switching to the user that is an employee, did the same for a manager and not seeing it. These users are not admins and only subscribers in wordpress.
You can see from your screenshot that you modified the Amelia Employee user role, not Subscriber.
Either way, you wouldn't be able to link an employee with a Subscriber role.
As I was able to delete an appointment without any issues, please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.
You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
If you added multiple user roles to the WordPress user, then no. But in that case, both user roles should be updated, so they have same capabilities (when it comes to Amelia at least).
If you can't get it to work, I'll need remote access to see what's going on.

all our employees are also subscribers and linked in Amelia, are you saying I need to remove our employees from the subscriber role?
