We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi there,
I have been having some issues with the time zone on amelia,
the backend showing the correct times but the frontend is 2 hours ahead?
any suggenstion why its doing that ?
Hello Shane Naidoo,
Could you please check if you have set your City timezone in your WordPress General Settings? As this timezone applies to Amelia as well, so there can be a mismatch in the times on the front-end booking form and in the back-end if this isn't set to your city timezone.
HI ,
Yes, all my settings are done correctly on the back and front end?
Please advise
Thnaks you
Hello Shane Naidoo,
Could you tell me where exactly do you have the issue - in the Amelia booking form or in the panels?
What is the timezone set in your WordPress -> Settings -> General? Have you set it to your city timezone?
Hi there, thank you for your message
when i installed the new update, it was working fine but then it started to show a difference in time on the frontend, the backend is showing the right time.
i have attached ,, the frontend time for "gabby naidoo" and backend , you will see the time difference is 2 hours -
on the forntend for "gabby naidoo" it shows 14:30pm, and on the backend it shows 12:30pm,
I have also attached the screenshot for the general settings aswell
thank you so much!
You are welcome, Shane.
Thank you for the clarification. There is some issue with the timezone - time of the Appointments in the Employee panel when the option Show booking slots in client time zone in Amelia -> Settings -> General is enabled. To be sure you can disable that option and check if the issue is gone. We fixed this now and the fix will be implemented in the following update of Amelia, which should be released soon. Sorry for any inconveniences this have caused.
