I am a new Amelia user, and found the plugin smooth and thoughtful.
I am looking for some features that I have difficulty finding.
I want to charge 10% of the total cost ‘at the time of booking.’ Is there any way (within Amelia settings or another plugin) that the client can pay 10% at the time of booking and the rest 90% at the time of visit, through card or cash?
Is there any point system (similar to credit card miles) that I can implement for the clients who book through Amelia? Or do you recommend any other plugin that works smoothly with Amelia to provide the same functionality?
1. There's no deposit option in Amelia. What you can do is to set the Service price to be 10% of the actual price, and then add a "Text Content" custom field to the service, explaining to your customers that this is just the deposit, and they need to pay the remaining 90% on site.
2. I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features. We don't have any integrations like this, and using a 3rd party plugin is not something we can guarantee for.
