Could you please tell me is the duration of that appointment in Amelia 1 hour or 30 minutes when you go to Amelia -> Appointments page, not the Amelia -> Calendar page?
Could you please check if you have any buffer times for this service? If they are added to the Google calendar as well (there is an option for that in Google calendar settings) it can be that the duration of that appointment with the buffer times is 1 hour.
There does not seem to be any buffer setting for events in google calendar. The closest setting is called Event Duration with a default setting of 60 minutes.
Could you please tell me do you have buffer times for both before and after the service, for 15 minutes? If yes, and you enabled the option Include Buffer time in Google events in Amelia -> Google calendar settings, then it is correct that the event created in Google has a duration of 1 hour. Since you have duration of service 30 min + 2 buffer times of 15 min = 60 min event should be created in Google. When you disable this option, only the duration of the service is added to employees' Google calendar , not the buffer times as well.
You don't have the latest version of Amelia, 2.8, so this is why you don't have this option in Google calendar settings. You need to update the plugin bu following the instructions bellow and you will have the latest version and this option as well.
Could you please tell me is this the only case when you have the difference in times between Amelia and Google? Do you have other appointments for the same service and do you have the same issue with those or not?
Please update the plugin and choose if you want to add the buffer times (pauses) to Google or not and then create one test booking and let me know if you still have the same issue / difference between Amelia and Google calendar times.

Hello Team,
Any reason why my calendar item in my google calendar is not showing IDENTICALLY in Amelia please?
In google I have a client on 01/08/20 from 11:15 am to 12:15pm. The same client appointment shows up as 01/08/2020 from 11:15am to 11:45pm in Amelia.

Hello Marija,
I only have buffer setting of 15mins in Buffer Time After and nothing in Buffer Time Before.
Please confirm where the bugger setting is in the Amelia Calendar as there is no such menu navigation of Amelia -> Google calendar settings.
Did you mean Amelia > Settings > Integrations where I can find Manage Google Calendar Integration, Zoom Integration and Web Hooks?
Cheers

Hello Rory,
Yes, the option is in Amelia ->Settings -> Integrations -> Google calendar Settings.
Hello Marija,
I have attached a Amelia ->Settings -> Integrations -> Google calendar Settings screen shot. There does not seem to be a buffer setting in this area?
