amelia does not activate activation is grayed out

    activation area of amelia is completely grayed out i try other areas of settings and it is grayed out i deactivated and deleted it and still the same i installed it directly with wordpress and it doesn't work the same to upgrade it takes you the website please assist i need it for my company it is urgent

    i sent a screenshot of the activation area please assist

    Could you please send screenshots of the exact issue - where these settings are greyed out? As on the screenshot you sent me everything looks OK.
